Meghan Markle surprised us all that day with her appearance at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, where she joined Harry for a Major League Baseball match between Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees. Harry and Meghan Markle attended the first of a two-game series, which was being held to promote American baseball in the U.K. and organized in support of Prince Harry’s Invictus Games Foundation with “former Invictus competitors from both the U.S.A. and U.K. set to take part as the ceremonial first pitch is thrown on the ballpark.”

Ahead of the game, Meghan and Harry met members from both teams in their changing rooms. Each side presented them with a personalized gift for baby Archie.
The Yankees delighted Meghan with a T-Shirt in their team colors bearing ‘ARCHIE 19’ on the back.
Similarly, the Red Sox handed her a bright red babygro for Archie.
In the Boston Red Sox changing room, Mookie Betts was the only player from either side to get a hug from Meghan, and he explained: “We’re family somehow.”
